Most orders are delivered within 4–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and courier availability.
Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.

We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
A small shipping and handling fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How Can I Track My Order?
You can track your order directly through our tracking page using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Courier Identification

If your tracking number begins with "15", select Xpressbees as the carrier.

If your tracking number begins with "2", select Delhivery as the carrier.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
How Will I Know My Order Has Been Shipped?
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, a second email will be sent containing:

Please note that courier systems may take up to 48 hours to display tracking updates.
Tracking Shows Delivered, But I Haven't Received My Package
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please follow these steps:

Check around your property and any designated safe delivery locations.

Ask family members, roommates, neighbors, or building staff if they accepted the package on your behalf.

Review any delivery notifications left by the courier service.
