Return Policy

Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or receipt) is required for all return requests.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has passed our quality inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Shipping fees and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
  2. Ship the item using a reliable courier service to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Email your return shipment details along with your Order ID to support@grihaven.com.

Product Replacements

If you would like a replacement item, please initiate a return for the original product. Once the return is approved, you may use the refund, store credit, or discount code provided to place a new order.

Reverse Pickup Service

For reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Wrong model ordered

A reverse pickup service may be arranged for a fee of ₹100, subject to service availability in your area.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, return shipping charges will be reimbursed after verification.

Defective or Damaged Products

For defective or damaged products, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence for verification. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a full refund.

Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund or free replacement for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
  • Guest customers may need to register using the email address associated with their order to access order information and submit a refund request.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Refund Delays

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain personal care, beauty, or health-related products

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Products returned with missing parts or accessories.
  • Products not in their original condition.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Returns requested after the 30-day return window.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.

If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
